Штрафы и забастовки
До соединения с Russ бизнес Татьяны Бакальчук переживал не самые лучшие времена. В 2023 году Wildberries попадал в заголовки прессы в основном из-за скандалов: то у сотрудников отнимают зарплату, то они выходят на митинги и объявляют всероссийскую забастовку. Публично Татьяна Ким говорит , что малый бизнес в России растет благодаря маркетплейсам. Но есть и другая сторона WB, которая не дает начинающим партнерам компании (владельцам ПВЗ) нормально зарабатывать.

Это значит, что Wildberries позволяет любому человеку открыть пункт выдачи заказов под брендом компании: он арендует помещение, вешает на входе вывеску WB, подключается к базе данных сайта и получает право обслуживать заказы. На сегодняшний день пункты WB работают не только в России, но и в Грузии, Беларуси, Армении, Таджикистане, Казахстане и Узбекистане — всего, как заявляет Ким, их более 83 тысяч. Даже на Шпицбергене есть пункт WB.
Владельцы ПВЗ Wildberries зарабатывают на проценте от суммы всех выданных заказов, которые через него проходят. Сначала действуют выгодные условия для новичков: в первый месяц можно оставить себе 10% от оборота, во второй — уже 9%, а затем ставки постепенно снижаются до 5–6% в крупных регионах, а в других — не достигают и 1%. При этом обычные сотрудники ПВЗ зачастую получают оклад на уровне МРОТ (от 22 тысяч до около 33 тысяч рублей в зависимости от региона) и регулярно сталкиваются с неадекватным поведением покупателей.

При этом франчайзи несут на себе все затраты — аренда помещения, закупка техники, зарплаты сотрудников и оплата «коммуналки». Порой после всех расходов у владельцев ПВЗ не остается никакой прибыли на руках. А для самого Wildberries такая схема очень удобна, ведь она позволяет расширять бизнес без особых затрат.
Поначалу Wildberries обещает помогать своим франчайзи финансово. Некоторые из партнеров имеют право на единоразовую выплату, а другие в течение первых трех месяцев получают доплату от WB, если не выходят на гарантированный доход. Реальные проблемы вскрываются позже: на деле оказывается, что WB за многое штрафует , параллельно сокращая финансовую помощь.
WB ввел штраф за «дискредитацию» WBС 2022 года Wildberries ввел штрафы для сотрудников складов и пунктов выдачи. Если сотрудник склада придет на работу в сандалиях, покурит в неположенном месте или забудет надеть жилет — с него снимут пять тысяч рублей. Если у доставщика сломается автомобиль на территории склада WB и он решит поменять колесо, чтобы поехать дальше, — это обойдется ему в 50 тысяч рублей. Несколько ПВЗ в Шебекино оштрафовали за закрытие, когда они не работал из-за эвакуации населения из Белгородской области.
«Мы позволяем ему [сотруднику] ошибиться, но мы лишаем его, его семью денег, заработанных им. Они же не специально ошибаются. Не потому, что он захотел ошибиться. Он пришел зарабатывать для своей семьи, а мы у него это [забираем]. Как-то некрасивенько получается», — говорил о штрафах Сергей Ануфриев.
Со временем штрафов стало настолько много, что они стали полноценным источником дохода для Wildberries. В 2022 году, по информации российского Forbes, штрафы принесли WB 8,4 миллиарда рублей — сумма, сопоставимая с чистой прибылью компании за тот же период (10,1 миллиарда рублей). Через год доход от штрафов вырос на 76%, достигнув почти 15 миллиардов рублей. При этом WB начала активно штрафовать и своих партнеров, в том числе и логистические компании: если в 2022 году такие санкции принесли лишь 132 миллиона рублей, то год спустя — уже почти пять миллиардов, а это рост в 37,5 раза.
«Что касается мер, установленных правилами платформы (штрафы и неустойки), то они имеют стимулирующую и компенсационную функцию, но их нельзя назвать источником заработка. Они применяются, в частности, при выполнении обязательств перед покупателями — например, в случае отказа продавцом от выполнения ранее принятого заказа», — так в Wildberries объяснили введение штрафов.
В 2023 году абсурдное штрафование привело к забастовке владельцев ПВЗ в нескольких крупных городах, включая Москву. Тогда Wildberries ввел штраф за бракованные товары: если покупатель вернул вещь или заявил, что ему прислали не тот товар, то ПВЗ обязан был полностью оплатить его стоимость. Компания во всем винила сотрудников пунктов выдачи, хотя товары приходили со складов WB, а вскрывать их было нельзя. В то же время появился штраф в 100 тысяч рублей за распространение «недостоверной» и оскорбительной информации о Wildberries.

В 2024 году по следам этого скандала в России приняли закон, который защищает продавцов и пункты выдачи от произвола маркетплейсов.
Дальше — больше
Внутренние проблемы и испорченная репутация не помешали Wildberries стать самым популярным маркетплейсом России с долей на рынке в 47% — значительно больше, чем у ближайших конкурентов в лице Ozon и «Яндекс Маркета». Маркетплейс Татьяны Ким, по ее словам, планирует расширяться и выходить на рынки новых стран, среди которых Оман и Турция.
Состояние Ким оценивается выше, чем у друзей Путина Аркадия Ротенберга и Юрия КовальчукаОбъединенная группа WB и Russ в первый год работы показала впечатляющие результаты. По итогам 2024 года чистая прибыль «РВБ» составила 104 миллиарда рублей — это в 5,5 раза больше, чем аналогичный показатель отдельно Wildberries за 2023 год. Правда, стоимость Wildberries до объединения в 2023–2024 годах все же была выше.

Если стороны действительно заключат сделку, то к «РВБ» перейдет бизнес стоимостью в пять-шесть миллиардов рублей.
А пока что Татьяна Ким остается самой богатой женщиной России. Ее состояние оценивается в 7,1 миллиарда долларов, что ставит ее на 34-е место в рейтинге самых богатых людей России. Правда, это ее худший результат за последние три года: в 2023 году ее состояние оценивали в 8,8 миллиарда — чуть меньше, чем у Романа Абрамовича, но зато больше, чем у друзей Владимира Путина Аркадия Ротенберга и Юрия Ковальчука.
