The musicians of the Stoptime group were given new arrests: singer Naoko and guitarist Alexander Orlov were given 13 days each.

The Smolninsky District Court of St. Petersburg imposed new terms of administrative arrest on Diana Loginova, known under the creative pseudonym Naoko, and Alexander Orlov from the Stoptime group. Before that, they had already spent 13 and 12 days under arrest.

Naoko was sentenced to 13 days for organizing a mass event. After this, they immediately reviewed the second protocol, under the article of petty hooliganism - allegedly Loginova performed songs with obscene language on Nevsky Prospekt. He was also sentenced to 13 days. At the same time, the sentences will be calculated simultaneously, Mediazona clarifies.

Alexander Orlov was also sentenced to 13 days under the article on organizing a rally. In court, the young man noted that the musicians did not interfere with the passage of pedestrians during the street concert on October 12.

This is already the second arrest for the musicians: in mid-October, Loginova, Orlov and the band’s drummer Vladislav Leontyev spent 13, 12 and 13 days under arrest, respectively. They were detained after a street performance, and Naoko was additionally fined 30 thousand rubles for “discrediting” the army. The reason for the protocols was the denunciation of journalist and editor-in-chief of the Regnum agency Marina Akhmedova, who claimed that the group was disturbing passers-by.

At today's hearing, lawyer Sergei Loktev asked the court to call the police, formalize a request for recordings from surveillance cameras and invite the author of the complaint, Andrei Makunin, but judge Ekaterina Mezentseva rejected all requests.

The group "Stoptime" is known for street performances in St. Petersburg, during which the musicians performed songs of "foreign agents" - singer Monetochka, rapper Noize MC and the group "Pornofilms". The concerts were announced on the Telegram channel and attracted dozens of spectators.
