Ukrainian intelligence announced the explosion of an oil product pipeline in the Moscow region

The length of the main oil product pipeline “Koltsevoy” is 400 kilometers. Fuel for transportation through the pipeline came from the Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow oil refineries. Every year, Koltsevoy was capable of pumping up to 3 million tons of aviation fuel, up to 2.8 million tons of diesel fuel and up to 1.6 million tons of gasoline, the Main Intelligence Directorate reports.

Thus, Ukraine continues to exert effective “sanctions” pressure on Russia, says the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Lieutenant General Kirill Budanov.

“In fact, our strikes had a greater impact than sanctions. It's just a mathematical truth. By direct action, we caused much more damage to the Russian Federation than any economic levers of influence on them that were introduced before that time.”

On the morning of November 1, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported 98 downed drones over various regions of the country, 11 of them over the Moscow region.
