In Simferopol, a case was brought to court under Art. 280 Criminal Code

Nikolai Petrash is accused of calling for violence on social networks.

On October 31, 2025, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Simferopol received a case under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities)

The court is considering the case of 47-year-old Simferopol resident Nikolai Petrash.

According to the prosecutor's office, in 2023 the accused repeatedly published calls on social networks for violent actions against a group of people based on nationality.
