The court is considering the case of a “citizen of the USSR”

In Rezh, the court received a case with a petition to impose compulsory medical measures on a “citizen of the USSR.”

On January 14, 2025, it became known that the Rezhevsky City Court was considering a criminal case against “USSR citizen” Evgeniy Sh. under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization).

According to the prosecution, he participated in the activities of a cell of a banned association of “USSR citizens” in Rezha from December 6, 2024 to June 8, 2025.

The criminal case was submitted to the court with a petition to release Evgeniy Sh. from criminal liability and impose compulsory medical measures on him.
