Ukrainian drones attacked a pipeline with sulfuric acid in the Vologda region

As a result of an attack by Ukrainian UAVs in the Vologda region, a high-pressure pipeline with sulfuric acid was damaged on the territory of the Ammonia-3 complex of Apatit JSC, the governor of the region, Georgy Filimonov, announced this early in the morning of April 26.

According to the governor, five people previously received burns from sulfuric acid and were hospitalized. One of the victims is in serious condition.

Filimonov added that there was no fire, and air measurements showed that the maximum permissible concentration was not exceeded.

He clarified that the sulfuric acid pipeline was broken, but the leak was eliminated. Industrial buildings and a light pole were also slightly damaged.

Earlier it was reported that 14 drones were shot down in the Cherepovets industrial zone in the Vologda region.
