In Udmurtia, a sentence was passed under Art. 282.4 CC

Alexander Astrakhantsev was punished for displaying tattoos with Nazi symbols and AUE symbols.

On May 13, 2026, the Uvinsky District Court of Udmurtia issued a verdict under Part 1 of Art. 282.4 of the Criminal Code (repeated demonstration of prohibited symbols) to 51-year-old Alexander Astrakhantsev, serving a sentence in a colony in Udmurtia.

On December 24, 2025, the Industrial District Court of Izhevsk fined Astrakhantsev for displaying tattoos with the Nazi swastika and symbols of the AUE movement, which in 2020 was recognized as an extremist organization in Russia.

From March 2 to March 18, 2026, Astrakhantsev in the settlement colony systematically demonstrated his own tattoos “in the form of an epaulette (epaulet) with the symbols of Nazi Germany depicted on it (eagle, “SS” runes (“SS-Runen”)... on the left shoulder; on the phalanges of the fingers of the left hand in the form of the abbreviation “LHVS”, which are the symbols of AUE."

The court sentenced him to imprisonment for a period of one year and seven months, suspended with a probationary period of one year and 10 months, with the imposition of additional duties on him.
