On the night of June 18, Ukrainian drones again attacked the Moscow oil refinery in Kapotnya. Judging by the published photos and videos, the blow hit several key facilities of the enterprise at once. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin admitted that several UAVs managed to reach the plant. This is the third attack on the Moscow oil refinery in less than a month and the second in the last two days.
The Astra Telegram channel counted at least five fires on the territory of the refinery. The Ukrainian OSINT project “Cyberboroshno” claims that hits were recorded in the tank farm, catalytic cracking unit G-43-107, the area of the visbreaking unit, as well as a combined unit for the production of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) and oligomerizate.
Additional analysis was published by Ukrainian OSINT analyst Dnipro Osint (“Garbuz”). According to him, the video from the impact site shows numerous fires and at least one detonation of a tank or tank (preliminary geolocation of fires).
