Burned his ex, threw away his daughter's body

However, two and a half years later, there is still no verdict, and the family of the deceased is afraid that the killer will escape punishment thanks to his connections. A man confessed to a terrible crime and asks to go to war instead of a colony

Nadezhda Pervusheva and her younger sister Victoria were very close since childhood. According to Victoria, they shared jokes and shared secrets, and they sensed when one of them was in trouble.

They grew up in Kropotkin, a city in southern Russia near Krasnodar . But Nadezhda had a dream since childhood - to move to a big city.

“After we visited Krasnodar, she said that she wanted to live there,” Victoria recalls in a conversation with “Kosa”. “She set such a goal for herself and went there at the age of 18–19. At first I rented rooms and even lived with relatives for some time. She earned money to build her life in the big city."

Mother and father were worried about their daughter when she moved. They often visited her and helped her financially. But, as Victoria recalls, she really wanted to become independent and not depend on anyone.

Nadezhda worked for a while at a confectionery factory, and then found a vacancy in a private kindergarten and got a job there - she loved children and knew how to communicate with them. Later she was called as a nanny to a wealthy family whose child went to this kindergarten.

“It seems that she worked in this family for three or four years,” recalls Victoria in a conversation with “Scythe”. — Two more children appeared there, there were four in total. Nadya sat with them, traveled with this family, you could say she lived at work.”

According to her sister, Nadezhda hardly spent her salary - she ate in the family where she worked, and saved the money. A few years later, she actually managed to buy a small apartment in a new building - Victoria says that the father of the family in which Nadezhda was caring for the children worked in the construction business and helped her by giving her a discount.

It turned out that everything in the relationship was not so smooth. It would seem that everything was going well in the girl’s life - she, as she dreamed, went to the big city and saved up for housing. In Krasnodar she also met a young man with whom she fell in love. True, it soon turned out that everything in relations with him was not as smooth as it looked from the outside.

Swung on a swing

Bislan Nekhai, a young man originally from Adygea, appeared in Nadezhda’s life around 2018. He was six months younger and worked in a construction company.

Victoria says that her sister’s lover seemed to be a calm, positive person. “He was part of our family and knew our parents,” she recalls. — I was at our family holidays. When she and Nadya came to visit, I sat at the table with our parents and ate borscht. An ordinary guy, everything was fine."

Relations developed gradually - Nadezhda and Bislan were in no hurry to take serious steps. They lived separately and did not make specific plans for the future.

Vika says: at first it seemed normal. But after a few years, the lack of any development in relations began to raise questions among both Nadezhda’s relatives and herself. According to Vika, her sister spoke with Bislan several times about a possible wedding, but everything was limited to just conversations.

There was one more moment in this relationship that confused Nadezhda and Victoria. Bislan knew their parents and came to visit. But for some reason he himself did not introduce his beloved to his family.

Local media wrote that Bislan’s relatives were not ready to accept a Russian girl because of national traditions. Others argued that he has a wealthy family, which believes that the Pervushevs are no match for them. There is a version that it was precisely because of pressure from his relatives that Bislan subsequently committed a monstrous crime.

However, Vika says that from the very beginning the young man was asked whether there would be problems in his family because of his relationship with Nadezhda.

he said that the family would accept his choice. “Nadya is Russian, and he is an Adyghe,” she explains. “Our mother asked Bislan how his family felt about such marriages. After all, we have different religions and nationalities. He replied that there was no problem and the family would accept his choice.”

Nadezhda, according to Victoria, also tried to find out why Bislan did not introduce her to his relatives. But he, as she recalls, answered evasively. He said that everything in their relationship is not smooth enough and they often quarrel - and every time he is going to introduce Nadezhda to his parents, they supposedly have another conflict and he changes plans.

Victoria says that quarrels between her sister and Bislan really happened. “They could have had a fight and stopped communicating,” she told Kosya. “Then they could start communicating again.”

Now it seems to her that the young man had many “red flags”, and she calls him an abuser . According to Victoria, he gave her sister an emotional swing .

“She tells him: “That’s it, let’s break up, this type of communication doesn’t suit me,” says Victoria. “He says: “Well, I love you so much, you are the love of my life, just don’t find anyone else.” And so, she got hooked on it. He wrote to her: let’s meet, we’ll discuss everything, we’ll talk. When they meet, he will hug her and say: “Fool, I love you.” And that’s it, she’s not going anywhere.”

At the same time, according to Victoria, there was no physical violence in their relationship - and in general no one could imagine that Bislan was capable of any serious aggression. “He seemed sympathetic, kind,” she recalls. “I didn’t swear, I didn’t drink alcohol, I didn’t smoke cigarettes, I never tried anything like that.”

Although the lack of plans for the future alarmed Nadezhda’s family, they were still glad that their daughter was dating a modest and positive young man. And then something happened that changed the family’s attitude towards Bislan.

"I suggest abortion"

Victoria recalls: one day her sister called her and said that she was pregnant. Nadezhda was very upset: she wanted a child, but Bislan’s reaction amazed her.

“He took her for an ultrasound,” Victoria recounts. “I sat and waited in the car, Nadya came and showed him a piece of paper - there was a period of five to six weeks. He looked silently, silently drove Nadya to work, dropped him off and left. And then he wrote, saying, “I’m not ready, I don’t need this child, I suggest having an abortion .”

Nadezhda was shocked - she did not expect anything like this from the man whom she had been dating for several years and who swore his love to her. She did not intend to have an abortion. Vika recalls: her sister was almost 26 years old, she had her own home and the energy to work and earn money. She decided that she was ready for a child and would give birth anyway.

Soon she came to Kropotkin to tell her family that she would soon become a mother. They were very happy - especially since Victoria was also expecting a child at that time.

“Mom said: how good it is, we will have grandchildren with such a small age difference, they will have fun together,” recalls Victoria. “And Nadya burst into tears and said that the baby’s father is not happy about this, he told me to have an abortion. Mom replied: “Well, screw him, don’t communicate with him. Calm down, you can’t be nervous now.”

And indeed, until the birth, Nadezhda practically did not communicate with Bislan. She was preparing for the arrival of a child: she bought and looked for a crib, a stroller and other things from friends, and completed renovations in the apartment.

According to Vicki, Bislan appeared periodically, offered to meet, and promised to buy something for the child. But then he disappeared again and did not fulfill his promises, so Nadezhda did not count on him.

He was not present either at the birth or at the discharge, and the middle name of the newborn girl Bella was written down as Alexandrovna. According to the documents, Bislan was a stranger to her.

“She is very much like you” Victoria recalls: after being discharged from the hospital, she met Nadezhda to go together to Kropotkin to visit her family. And suddenly Bislan showed up.

“He started frantically writing to me: “Where are you, I want to look at the child, send me a photo,” she recalls. “I only wrote to him: “She looks very much like you.” We were then puzzled by Bislan’s activity, such a desire to see the child.”

After some time, Bislan finally came to visit Nadezhda and met Bella. Vika says that at that time he brought his daughter a package of diapers for a two-year-old child.

“Nadya said that such diapers are not suitable,” she says. “He took them and didn’t bring anything else.”

According to Nadezhda’s relatives, Bislan continued to appear and disappear. Nadezhda did not plan any future with him, but maintained communication because she did not want to deprive Bella of her father.

How exactly the relationship between Nadezhda and Bislan developed during this period, the relatives did not know for certain. In her contacts he was recorded as “the father of the child.” However, judging by the correspondence in Nadezhda’s phone, from time to time they got closer again - and then moved away again.

In January 2024, Bella turned two years old. The girls celebrated the holiday with their friends at the playground. Victoria says that Bislan also stopped by to congratulate her.

Then Nadezhda and her daughter went to visit her relatives in Kropotkin to celebrate with them. They held a festive photo shoot and gathered at the table in the evening.

“Bella was blowing out the candles,” Victoria says. — I have a video of us all laughing. Nadya says: “Blow, blow!” And the candles begin to burn again.”

In addition to this joyful memory, Vika still has holiday photographs of Nadezhda and Bella. Very soon, these pictures spread across the Internet along with news about the monstrous tragedy.

After staying with her relatives, Nadezhda returned to Krasnodar. On January 23, she called her mother - it was generally customary for them to often call each other, correspond and share news with each other.

Nadezhda said that her back hurts and she wants to go for a therapeutic massage. It turned out that there was a vacancy in the cabin for that evening. She had no one to leave her daughter with, and she decided to ask Bislan for help, although she usually did not do this.

“I’m not going to have fun.” “He argued with her for a long time,” says Vika. - Either he needs to take his aunt somewhere, or his mother. And she explains to him: “I’m not going to have fun, you understand.”

In the end, he agreed, but was, according to Victoria, very unhappy and said that next time he would not come if she turned to him for help every day.

At the same time, as Victoria says, recently Bislan, in general, has been much more responsible about his fatherhood - he appeared at Nadezhda’s several times a week and seemed to begin to take care of his daughter. That is why Nadezhda decided to ask him for help.

In the end, Nadezhda did go for a massage. And only later did Victoria find out that that day she and Bislan had quarreled not only over who would babysit their daughter.

"Where is the child?"

The next day, Victoria could not reach her sister. She didn't respond to messages either. According to her relatives, this was not at all like her - everyone was used to Nadezhda being constantly in touch and warning her if she was somewhere without the Internet.

Towards the evening, when there was still no news from her sister, and messages in instant messengers remained unread, Victoria became truly worried and contacted Bislan. She asked him to go and check if everything was okay with Nadezhda.

“He then writes: deal with her yourself,” says Victoria. - Like, she’s alive, she opened the door for me, all in tears, and said that she didn’t want to communicate with me or with you. As soon as he calms down, he’ll dial it back.”

Victoria says this made her even more wary. Nadezhda did not close herself off from her family and never lost contact like that - it seemed that Bislan was not telling her something. Then he and his mother decided: they urgently needed to go to Krasnodar.

“The road was disgusting: ice, fog,” she recalls. "Bislan kept writing to me: 'Be careful, don't rush too much. The road is bad, it would be better if you arrived tomorrow.'"

“There is a fire in my sister’s apartment” She was surprised that Bislan suddenly began to care about them so much - during the journey he contacted Victoria several times to find out where they were and whether they were already approaching the city. And then Vika’s mother’s phone rang - and this time it was not Bislan.

“The police said there was a fire in my sister’s apartment,” says Victoria. — The policeman shouted: “Where is the child? Where could the child be?” I was scared, confused, and answered that I didn’t know, Bella was always with Nadya. He hung up. Mom began to cry and began to shake. I said: you need to either stop and calm down, or control yourself and try to get there as quickly as possible. And we went - we still had 40 minutes left.”

When they arrived, they saw that Nadezhda’s apartment was on fire. There was an intensive care vehicle near the house, and Victoria thought: maybe Nadezhda and Bella are alive and they are being saved right now. But it turned out that the intensive care unit was brought for her mother - in case she became ill.

Nadezhda was found dead in the apartment, but the police did not know where Bella had gone.

Victoria recalls that her mother was injected with a sedative. They spent the night at a hotel, and in the morning they learned that Nadezhda’s apartment had not caught fire by accident. Bislan was detained, and he admitted that he killed his ex-girlfriend and child. Then he set fire to the apartment, and took Bella’s body out of town and threw it in a forest belt near the road.

What was Bislan hiding?

Victoria says: for a long time she did not understand at all what caused Bislan’s act. Did he commit murder because he was asked to babysit?

Later, she gained access to Nadezhda’s social networks and found out that they had a major quarrel that day.

According to Victoria, her sister noticed that Bislan was corresponding with some girl, and it turned out that this was his new lover, and he began dating her even when Nadezhda was pregnant.

In general, as Nadezhda’s relatives say, even while in a relationship with her, Bislan constantly flirted with other girls and cheated. Now she, knowing how dishonestly her ex treats women, decided to warn his new lover and wrote to her.

It turned out that this girl did not even suspect that Bislan had a two-year-old child and that he continued to communicate with the mother of his daughter. To prove that she was not lying, Nadezhda sent her interlocutor photographs of Bella with Bislan and a video recording from a home surveillance camera.

Having learned about Nadezhda’s action, Bislan came to her home to “talk.” The publication “Kosa” talks about what happened next, citing court documents.

Bislan admitted: on the evening of the 23rd, “due to a sudden personal hostility,” he hit his ex-girlfriend so that she fell, and then strangled her.

Then he strangled his daughter with his own hands. However, Bislan told investigators that he had nothing to do with Bella at all. Like, when he met Nadezhda, they only had sex with a condom and he knows nothing about his own paternity.

And since he was not recorded as the child’s father and no DNA tests were carried out, Bella appears in court documents as the daughter of Nadezhda Pervusheva, although all relatives say: she was very similar to Bislan.

Then he took Bella’s body out of town and threw it out, after which he went home and went to bed. And on the 24th, he bought gasoline at a gas station, came to Nadezhda’s apartment and set it on fire to get rid of evidence. At that moment, when Vika and her mother were rushing to Krasnodar, and he called and asked how long they had to go, he spilled gasoline on the floor.

Asking to go to war

There is an obvious suspect in this case: he admitted his guilt immediately after the arrest, correctly pointed to the place where he threw out the child’s body, he had a motive, and it is on the video recording from Nadezhda’s apartment, made, most likely, very shortly before the murder.

How come he hasn't received a sentence yet?

He didn’t understand what he was doing. “Scythe” talks about this, referring to the conclusions of a psychological and psychiatric examination of Bislan, which was carried out by the Krasnodar laboratory of the Ministry of Justice in 2024. They analyzed videos of interrogations and investigative experiments. There, Bislan repeats many times that at the time of the crime he was allegedly in a certain state when he acted mechanically and did not understand what he was doing.

Nevertheless, Krasnodar experts concluded that after the arrest he did not have any state of passion - while confessing to the crimes, he was aware of his actions, was mentally quite healthy and understood the questions of the investigators.

Bislan's defense insisted on a re-examination. These materials were sent to Moscow, and the process began to drag on.

Пока тянулся суд, сменился и судья, и гособвинитель. Разбирательство длится уже больше года. Виктория уверена: здесь давно все очевидно, а приговор откладывается, потому что у семьи Бислана есть нужные связи.

После того как вторая экспертиза, в Институте Сербского, подтвердила, что Бислан здоров, линия защиты сменилась. Теперь он просит, чтобы его отправили на войну.

«У него есть родственники, которые занимают высокие военные должности, они могут устроить ему легкую службу, — утверждает Виктория. — Может, он вообще не попадет в зону боевых действий, а отсидится где-нибудь».

Что дело будет приостановлено, да еще и, может быть, Бислан вернется с войны с наградой или ранением и будет жить обычной жизнью.
