A resident of the Smolensk region is accused of posting comments calling for xenophobic violence on the Internet.

On June 25, 2026, it became known that a criminal case had been opened in the Smolensk region against a 39-year-old local resident under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities).
