In Crimea, the number of Tavria trains has been reduced to seven per day; power outages continue in Sevastopol

By decision of the Operational Headquarters of the Republic of Crimea, the carrier Grand Service Express, together with the Crimean Ministry of Transport and the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Crimean Railway, is reducing the number of Tavria trains that run to the peninsula and back, according to the Telegram channel of the Russian “head” of the peninsula, Sergei Aksenov.

Only seven trains will operate daily. All of them now begin and end the route at the Kerch-Yuzhnaya station, the remaining trains will be transferred there gradually, over the course of two weeks.

Logistics problems on the peninsula have already affected passengers in recent days. So, on the night of June 21-22, the bus was not delivered to train No. 184 Sevastopol - Murmansk, and people had to get to the departure station in Kerch on their own; a taxi ride cost passengers 12 thousand rubles per car. Grand Service Express responded to Forpost that a third-party road carrier that did not have fuel was responsible for bus delivery, and the company itself deals only with rail transportation and does not rule out a repetition of such situations.

Additionally, the situation is complicated by power outages in Sevastopol. On the evening of June 24, the light supply was partially restored there after a UAV attack on a power substation, but already on June 25, “governor” Mikhail Razvozhaev announced a new mode of limiting power supply - without a clear hourly schedule, shutdowns would be carried out “spotwise and as necessary” due to overload of networks outside the region.

At night, in the village of Denisovka, Simferopol district and in the Krasnogvardeisky district, two people were killed , including a child, and two more were injured due to the fall of downed drones.
