A teenager accused of administering neo-Nazi people-hater groups was detained in Dagestan.

A teenager was detained in Dagestan, accused of administering two communities on social networks where murders, attacks on schoolchildren, arson and mass distribution of false messages about mining of educational institutions in different cities of Russia, Ukraine, CIS countries and the West were planned. Russian and Ukrainian intelligence services accuse each other's intelligence agencies of overseeing the teenager's activities.

On June 26, 2026, it became known that in the Republic of Dagestan a 17-year-old local resident had been detained, who had already been charged with preparing to commit murders of schoolchildren (Part 1 of Article 30 of the Criminal Code, paragraphs “a”, “c”, “g”, Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code), he was arrested.

According to the case materials, since 2023, the teenager supervised a cell of the international people-hate movement “Maniacs: Cult of Murderers” (M.K.U.) on social networks, and in 2025 he created another group that promoted attacks on schools (“Columbine”). He administered the groups’ channels, communicated with members, trained them, and sent them instructions for making homemade bombs. In addition, over three years, the young man managed to send out more than 100 statements about false mining in Russia and the CIS countries.

According to law enforcement agencies, at the time of the arrest, the audience of the two channels exceeded 200 thousand people, of which about 5 thousand are considered active participants in the communities. According to the detainee, the channels were initially created, among other things, so that they would be recognized as terrorist, and his associates “could become famous.”

As the Antifa.ru Telegram channel reported, in the video of the interrogation, the teenager said that he used the pseudonym “Flester” online. In the neo-Nazi segment of the Russian-language Telegram, he is known as the creator of the misanthropic neo-Nazi formation “ETERSSA” (this, apparently, is the second group created by the teenager.

During interrogation, the person involved in the case declared his involvement in organizing an assassination attempt on students at Domodedovo Secondary School, which was prevented. He also reported on planned attacks on schools in Orekhovo-Zuevo, St. Petersburg, Orenburg, Krasnoyarsk, Lipetsk, Kaluga, Stavropol Territory and the Republic of Buryatia. In total, according to him, the terrorists planned at least 15 terrorist attacks in 10 regions of Russia.

It was also reported that crimes were committed not only in Russia and the CIS countries, but also beyond their borders. In 2025–2026, in various cities of the United States and European countries, members of the organization committed more than 20 arson attacks on cars, as well as damage to a Christian church, and sent out false messages about the mining of educational institutions and social facilities.

An archive of correspondence with accomplices from Russia, the USA and European countries, photos and videos of the preparation and execution of terrorist actions were confiscated from the detainee; investigators are studying their contents.

According to the Antifa.ru channel, ETERSSA claimed responsibility for the most high-profile attacks on Russian schools in 2025-26, but published publicly available screenshots of correspondence and videos as evidence. For example, “Flester” claimed that he was the curator of Timofey K., who killed 10-year-old Kobildzhon A. in an Odintsovo school. As evidence, he posted edited correspondence with an unknown person and a video of the massacre, which by that time had already appeared in other sources.

Thus, in the case of the school in Odintsovo, there are great doubts about the real involvement of “ETERSSA” (the ultra-right of the past and present often appropriated other people’s shares to promote their organizations).

However, in a number of cases, ETERSSA was able to sabotage the educational process by spreading threats about an impending attack on social networks. For example, on December 22, 2025, security had to be strengthened in schools in Karaganda, Kazakhstan, because on behalf of “ETERSSA” a video was distributed on social networks threatening to attack 14 schools. But no attacks occurred. Another example is that on January 6-7, 2026, ETERSSA disseminated information in the American media about an impending attack on 14 schools in Texas, USA. A teenager, against the backdrop of a flag with a swastika and holding pistols, threatened to carry out shootings and explosions in educational institutions. Just like in Karaganda, fortunately, there were no real attacks.

In addition, in Germany, several arson attacks and an attempted murder of a minor are associated with the activities of ETERSSA.

In Russia, investigators say that the teenager’s activities were supervised by the Ukrainian intelligence services and were aimed at recruiting Russian schoolchildren to carry out armed attacks on schools, terrorist attacks on transport facilities and false mining of social infrastructure (the detainee confirms this in the video of the interrogation). According to law enforcement agencies, at least three citizens of Ukraine, as well as accomplices from other countries, took part in managing the terrorist network, along with the detainee.

According to the teenager, one of his guardians was Yegor Krasnov, who is called in the media the creator and one of the leaders of M.K.U., who organized a network of online communities to recruit young people in Russia and other countries. In 2020, Egor Krasnov was detained by Ukrainian law enforcement officers in Dnepr and sent to a pre-trial detention center, however, according to Russian investigators, he continues to be active on the network.

In addition, the channel “M.K.U.” Kirill Makarenko, curator of the neo-Nazi resource network, provided assistance. According to the investigation, Makarenko actively interacts with the Ukrainian special services and coordinates the planting of caches with weapons and explosives in Russia. He also participated in organizing attacks on schools in Russia, and also recorded videos and photos for an English-speaking audience with threats of attacks on schools.

The third Ukrainian citizen involved in the case is 21-year-old Yaroslav Ovsyuk, one of those who promotes armed attacks on schools. He is also called an SBU agent. For several years now he has been recruiting Russian minors to commit mass murders in educational institutions. To do this, he conducts “games” on social networks, during which users send messages threatening terrorist attacks.

All three Ukrainians are wanted in Russia.

However, Ukrainian intelligence services previously stated that Russian intelligence services were behind the activities of ETERSSA. Back in April 2026, the SBU reported the prevention of two terrorist attacks in Ukrainian lyceums, which were supervised by ETERSSA. It was alleged that in the Kirovograd region a 15-year-old teenager planned to cause an explosion and shoot his classmates. They confiscated a homemade IED, his grandfather’s gun, and devices containing correspondence with his curator. The security forces also stated that in the Odessa region they “were able to expose a schoolboy” at the recruitment stage.

Then the SBU accused the Russian special services of preparing attacks on lyceums, which, according to it, “are systematically trying to select and recruit minor citizens of Ukraine” on social networks.

Considering that attacks on behalf of “ETERSSA” were carried out in Russia, and in Ukraine, and in Kazakhstan, and in Western countries, and “Flester” himself was detained by Russian intelligence services, the degree of control over the activities of the organization by the intelligence services of any one country remains questionable.
