“We suffered extremely heavy losses today. Five people were killed as a result of the rocket attack on the city. Several dozen citizens turned to medical institutions, but most of them have already been sent home after receiving assistance,” said the governor of the Voronezh region. Alexander Gusev clarified that as a result of the fire at the attacked enterprise, no excess of permissible concentrations of hazardous substances was recorded.
