How Irkutsk residents stood in traffic jams for gas for a week and organized themselves At five o'clock on Saturday morning there was a long line of hundreds of cars along the side of the road on Shiryamova Street in Irkutsk. The drivers deliberately left them here overnight in order to return in the morning, when gasoline would be delivered to the nearest Rosneft gas station. Since June 22, Irkutsk residents have been queuing at gas stations.
