The proposal of one of my good acquaintances - to write a dissertation on the topic "Putin's Humor" - woke the theorist dozing in me. But the task, damn it! The theorist thought, waking up. After all, humor is the basic quality of a person, inseparable from intelligence. Lakmus paper showing ... etc. (Thought the theoretician). And interest in this issue is not leisure!

In St. Petersburg on September 8 (the anniversary of the beginning of the siege of Leningrad), a march will be held for the preservation of the historical center of St. Petersburg and against the construction of the Gazprom City skyscraper. The action was agreed upon with the city authorities. According to the plans of the organizers of the procession, the march will begin at 14.00 at the Oktyabrsky Concert Hall.

The effectiveness of justice depends not on the severity of punishment, but on the inevitability of retribution. Anti-doping laws are as harsh as they are selective. The same notorious Tour de France, who won it last year? And no one! The winner, American Floyd Landis, was caught taking bad drugs after finishing. Clearly, irrefutably exposed. But even with all the evidence, the trial has been dragging on for a year.

This is a march for the preservation of St. Petersburg and against the “gas scraper”. Every day in the city, residents have problems with developers, with the police, with the authorities - it just seems that in St. Petersburg everything is quieter than in Moscow. In fact, there are a lot of hot spots in the city.
