He will arrive
The scandal between Russia and Tajikistan was resolved. Back on February 2, it was reported that Tajik President Emomali Rahmon canceled his visit to Moscow and will not come to either a meeting with Dmitry Medvedev or to the summits of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC). However, on February 3, Interfax reported that Rakhmon flew to Moscow.

But in human society things are different. Namely: if someone told a lie, behind the lie there is almost always a certain group of people for whom the lie is necessary and beneficial.

Daily Journal:
Already last night it became clear that Rakhmon had changed his mind and gave himself the opportunity to be persuaded, like a muslin young lady. It is known that both the heads of the Russian Foreign Ministry and, apparently, representatives of the Presidential Administration called him. According to my information, at least one of the presidents of the Central Asian CIS countries persuaded him.
