The time chosen by Georgy Vanyan, an Armenian publicist and human rights activist, may not have been the most successful - shortly before the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Genocide. What Vanyan tries to do year after year, he himself calls a film festival of Azerbaijani films. Modestly, one might say, in one’s own circle, and from year to year everything begins approximately the same, and ends just as equally.
