"KP" published the version of the "secret witness" about the Boeing crash

The State Duma allowed advertising of Russian wine and champagne
The State Duma adopted on Tuesday in the second and third readings a law allowing advertising of wine and champagne produced in Russia in print media, radio and television, Interfax reported . The amendments approved by the State Duma will be introduced into the law on advertising and will come into force on January 1, 2015. Advertising of wine and champagne is allowed from 11 pm to 7 am local time. The ban remained in effect for live programs and recordings of youth sports competitions.
