In Yeisk, independent deputy of the Yeisk District Council Alexander Korovayny was detained before a protest against amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The action was disrupted by police officers. “The rally was agreed upon, but we were not allowed to hold it. The police came and forcibly detained Alexander and took him to the department,” Anastasia Terentyeva, assistant to deputy Korovayny, told Voice of Kuban.
