On June 19, the decree of the head of Krasnodar, Evgeny Pervyshov, was officially published on the appointment of public discussions on the draft General Plan.

The Azov-Black Sea Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office, during a survey of the coastal strip of the sea in Novorossiysk, discovered two sewer collectors through which wastewater flowed into the sea and the Tsemess River without any treatment. Based on these facts, the prosecutor's office submitted a proposal to the head of Novorossiysk to eliminate violations of water legislation.
