Russia reduced the number of observers invited to the Duma elections from Europe
The OSCE Bureau for Democratic Institutes and Human Rights received an official invitation to the Duma elections from Russia, which will be held on December 4, however, the mission should be limited to 200 observers instead of 260, as the head of the Bureau Jan Lenarchich proposed. It is reported by ITAR-TASS. “We received an invitation and now we will be able to send an observers mission six weeks before the elections,” said Jens Eschenbeher, press secretary of the Director of the BDIPCH.
