The State Duma adopted the “anti-Magnitsky law” in the third reading
The State Duma adopted in the third final reading the "anti-Magnit law", introducing, among other things, a ban on the adoption of Russian children by American citizens. According to RIA Novosti, 420 deputies voted for the adoption of the document, seven voted against, one abstained. In the second reading, 400 deputies voted for the adoption of the law. The "anti-orphan" amendment was approved at the adoption of the law in the second reading.
