Ten years ago, on the night of July 4, 2008, in Minsk, at the memorial to the Hero City at a concert in honor of the Independence Day of Belarus, an explosion occurred, as a result of which 54 people were injured. The incident was classified under the article "malicious hooliganism." During the investigation, more than a dozen oppositionists were interrogated and fingerprints were taken from almost the entire male population of Belarus.
