The Pskov regional trade union council intends to create a laboratory center for trade union environmental control: the leader of the Pskov trade unions, a deputy of the Pskov Regional Assembly, Uliana Mikhailova, announced this in a video message to the participants of the intellectual forum "Trade Unions of the 21st Century".

The Department of the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation for the Pskov Region reported on the execution of the budget of the Pskov Region for the first nine months of 2019. In accordance with the published documents, budget revenues as of October 1 amounted to 22 billion 916 million 554 thousand rubles, and expenses - 22 billion 905 million 953 thousand rubles. Thus, the current budget surplus in the first quarter amounted to 10 million 611 thousand rubles.

The Finance Committee of the Pskov Region Administration will take two loans of 1.5 billion and 500 million rubles for a period of two years. The purpose of opening a revolving credit line: covering the regional budget deficit and repaying the debt obligations of the Pskov region.

Vladimir Podvalny, General Director of Velikoluksky Pig Farm, answered the question of Pskov Gubernia about what factors, in his opinion, hinder business development in the Pskov Region. According to him, the Pskov region lacks separate regional programs to support investment projects. “Besides, the region uses increased tariffs for electricity for agricultural producers, and there are no benefits for agricultural producers on property tax and transport tax,” Vladimir Podvalny noted.
