In Simferopol, courts arrested 25 Crimean Tatars who came to a hearing on the Hizb ut-Tahrir case.
In annexed Simferopol, on January 26, courts arrested at least 25 people who were detained outside the Kievsky District Court, where the Hizb ut-Tahrir case was being held. This was reported by the public association "Crimean Solidarity". On January 25, the court chose a measure of restraint for six Crimean Tatars who are accused of participating in the Hizb ut-Tahrir organization banned in Russia. Then, near the court building, the security forces detained 33 people who came to the process.
