33 trucks carrying humanitarian aid entered Gaza
The largest humanitarian aid convoy entered the Gaza Strip over the weekend. 33 trucks delivered food, water and medicine to the enclave, which is controlled by the Palestinian group Hamas, writes the BBC Russian Service. At the same time, on Saturday, October 28, due to lack of communication, UN representatives were unable to coordinate the entry of a single truck. A total of 117 trucks have passed through the Rafah checkpoint on the Gaza-Egypt border since October 21.
