WHO named Russia the world leader in the growth of COVID-19 incidence over the month
WHO in its newsletter named Russia the world leader in the number of new identified cases of COVID-19 over the past month - 279,359. In total, the incidence of coronavirus in the world increased by 52% in the four weeks from November 20 to December 17. During this period, 854,673 cases of COVID-19 infection and 3,005 deaths were reported worldwide. The increase in coronavirus incidence in Russia over the month was 130%. The number of deaths is 376, 50% more than in the previous period.
