In Germany, an unknown person stabbed several people to death at the city's bottom
At a celebration to mark the 650th anniversary of the German city of Solingen, an unknown man burst into the crowd and began stabbing people at random. Three people died on the spot, and seven to nine more were hospitalized, the local newspaper Solinger Tageblatt reported . The attack took place at around 9:45 p.m. on Friday, August 23, at the Frohnhof market square, where an event called the "Diversity Festival" had begun in the evening.
