A homeless man detained in Moscow turned out to be a wanted billionaire
In Moscow, police detained Vyacheslav Chikalin, a wanted former vice president of Evrazbank and chairman of the board of directors of Sol Rusi PJSC. TASS reports this, citing sources in law enforcement agencies. According to them, a police squad stopped Chikalin at the Teply Stan metro station to check his documents, during which he told the security forces that he was homeless. Nevertheless, security forces checked the man and discovered that he was wanted in several criminal cases.
