89% of respondents supported the law on domestic violence in Russia
89% of Russians surveyed supported the adoption of a law on domestic violence, RBC reports , citing data from the research company Russian Field, which conducted a telephone survey together with the New People party. Another 6% of respondents were against it, 4% found it difficult to answer, and 1% answered that such a law already exists or that their position would depend on the content of the law. Among the women surveyed, 95% supported the adoption of such a law, and 83% among men.
