18-year-old medical college student Aishat Magomedova, who was beaten and kidnapped by relatives in Moscow on July 31, was brought to Kizilyurt, where her family lives, the podcast “Freedom is (not) around the corner” and the human rights group “Marem” report. Aishat’s friend filed a complaint about the kidnapping of a person at the police department in the Moscow district of Lyublino.

Two more women said that British writer Neil Gaiman subjected them to sexualized violence and harassment, reports Tortoise. It also previously reported on two other women who made similar accusations. One of the women claims that Gaiman forced her to have sex in exchange for allowing her and her three children to live in his house. The second told about harassment that occurred in 1986. Caroline Wallner and her daughters and husband have lived in the writer's house in New York state since 2014.
