The Verkh-Isetsky District Court of Yekaterinburg found Evgeniy Malenkin, vice-president of the City Without Drugs Foundation, guilty and sentenced him to four years and six months in prison, Znak.com reports . According to investigators, in 2009, Malenkin, being an employee of the City Without Drugs foundation, bought 7 grams of heroin. At the traffic police station, Malenkin took out a bag of heroin he had on him, after which he instructed his accomplice to plant it.
