The head of the Federal Drug Control Service, Viktor Ivanov, confirmed that one of the defendants in the criminal case for the murder of Boris Nemtsov, Zaur Dadaev, was detained by drug police on drug use charges, Interfax reported on Monday. “One of the participants, I think, Dadaev, we were investigating for involvement in drug use, but since investigative actions began against him in a criminal case, we handed this Dadaev over to the Federal Security Service and the Investigative Committee.
