Human rights activists reported a lack of drugs for prisoners with HIV in six regions of Russia
From Kabardino-Balkaria, Mordovia, the Perm Territory, as well as the Pskov, Tula and Tambov regions, there were reports of a lack of antiretroviral drugs for prisoners with HIV. This was reported to Mediazona by the human rights organization Zona Prava, which organized a federal hotline with the Patient Control movement. Thus, in Tula colony No. 5, 27 people were left without drugs.
