Investigators sent a criminal case to court against Andrey Artemyev, detective of the 26th police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who shot a man in his office. “From the materials of the criminal case it follows that on November 11, 2015, Artemyev, while intoxicated, in his office, on the basis of personal hostility, shot a PM pistol in the head of a 37-year-old local resident, who died at the scene,” - says the message from the Investigative Committee.
