The non-profit organization “Committee for the Prevention of Torture” is opening a representative office in Novosibirsk, writes Taiga.info. “We want to open in Novosibirsk, because we don’t have any regions beyond the Urals and it seems that in Russia they torture only in Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, Moscow and Chechnya, but this is not so.
