Colonel Zakharchenko's common-law wife was released from the temporary detention facility on her own recognizance
The common-law wife of the former head of the anti-corruption department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Dmitry Zakharchenko, accused of abuse of power and bribery, Anastasia Pestrikova, was released from the temporary detention center on her own recognizance, lawyer Valeria Tunikova told TASS. Pestrikova is suspected under Article 30, Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted fraud on an especially large scale).
