The head of the Moscow Department of Regional Security and Anti-Corruption, Vladimir Regnatsky, owns an undeclared apartment with an area of 145 square meters, the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) reports , citing an extract from the unified state real estate register. According to FBK, the apartment owned by the official is located in a building called “Cooper House”, located in Khamovniki. According to the extract, Regnatsky purchased this apartment from Moscow.
