The Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow decided to expel Uzbek citizen Rustam from Russia to his homeland, where he faces torture for homosexuality, Daria Manina, an employee of the Civic Assistance Committee, told Mediazona. The man’s last name is known to Mediazona, but is not published for security reasons. According to Manina, the police detained Rustam when they came to his home.
