On the afternoon of September 12, electricity and water supply disappeared in Kharkov, writes the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov. “Due to the shelling, critical infrastructure facilities were disabled, as a result of which electricity was lost in Kharkov and water supply was stopped,” Terekhov wrote in his telegram channel. The Kharkov Metro reports that train traffic has been stopped for technical reasons.
