The general director of the Avtomatika concern Motorko, owned by Rostec, was sent to pre-trial detention on charges of fraud.
The Presnensky District Court of Moscow sent Andrei Motorko, the general director of the Avtomatika concern, which belongs to Rostec, to pre-trial detention. The press service of the court reported this to Mediazona. Motorko is accused of fraud on an especially large scale (part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code). Earlier, the same court placed another person involved in the case under arrest, Motorko’s subordinate Alexander Nesterov.
