A court in St. Petersburg banned a link to the Scally Milano track “Nit” due to “veiled propaganda of the use of psychoactive substances”
The Kalininsky district of St. Petersburg, at the request of the prosecutor’s office, banned a link to the track “Nit” by rapper Scally Milano . This was reported by the joint press service of the city courts. The court decided that the song “implies the potential for the listener to use psychoactive substances,” and therefore contains “veiled propaganda.” In addition, the court indicated, the text contains obscenities.
