59-year-old resident of Khanty-Mansiysk Valery Ledkov became a defendant in a criminal case on financing an extremist organization due to a donation of 300 rubles to the Anti-Corruption Foundation. This was reported by OVD-Info with reference to his lawyer Pavel Rusakov. The case against Ledkov was opened on December 24, 2024. Four days later, the Khanty-Mansiysk City Court placed the man under house arrest. He is on the list of “terrorists and extremists” of Rosfinmonitoring.
