The head of Roskomnadzor confirmed the blocking of hundreds of thousands of Amazon IP addresses due to Telegram
The head of Roskomnadzor, Alexander Zharov, told RT that hundreds of thousands of IP addresses of the Amazon hosting provider were included in the register of banned sites due to the blocking of the Telegram messenger. By the evening of April 16, more than 800,000 Amazon IP addresses were in the registry. According to Zharov, the Amazon subnet, to which Telegram switched, got into the unloading of the registry, which goes to telecom operators for blocking.
