Human rights activist Lev Ponomarev was fined 100 thousand rubles due to an article in Novaya Gazeta without a note about “foreign agent”
In Moscow, a court fined Lev Ponomarev, head of the For Human Rights movement, 100,000 rubles, whose article in Novaya Gazeta was published without indicating that the movement had been given the status of a “foreign agent.” Novaya Gazeta provided the court with a letter stating that this was due to a technical error in the editorial office, but the court did not take this argument into account. We are talking about the article “Under the wheels of the 37th” published on June 3.
