Kommersant: most Russian banks have ceased to meet the requirements for deposit insurance
According to the results of October, most banks partially ceased to comply with the requirements of the Bank of Russia to work with citizens' deposits, the Association of Russian Banks admitted. In the future, according to ARB forecasts, the situation will only worsen.
