American retailers sued Visa and Mastercard
A group of American retailers repeatedly sued Visa and MasterCard payment systems, Reuters reports. The plaintiffs, including the JC Penney, Kohl`s, Target, Macy`s and SAKS retail chains in the United States, abandoned the extrajudicial agreement reached a year ago, and rejected compensation proposed by payment systems. In a new lawsuit, they require them to pay compensation and damage in a triple amount, as well as compensation for legal costs.
