The head of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, Alexander Novak, expressed confidence that the adverse results of the meeting of oil exporters in the capital of Qatar Doha do not threaten the Russian economy, since companies from the Russian Federation "work effectively on the market", Interfax reports. According to Novak, Russia hoped to agree on frost, but the oil market is balanced independently and without an appropriate agreement, but this will happen only by mid -2017.
