FAS fines Big Four operators in roaming case
The Federal Antimonopoly Service fined the largest Russian mobile operators for overcharging national roaming. MTS, Beeline, Megafon and Tele2 will each pay 750,000 rubles. Anatoly Golomolzin, deputy head of the service, told TASS that the companies violated a clause of the Law on Protection of Competition. According to him, in October, the agency will also determine the amount of penalties for roaming cases within the country.
