Does Smolny know something that everyone else doesn’t know?
I see one piece of news: the Government of St. Petersburg signed an agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation with the municipality of Aden, the former capital of the Republic of Yemen. As reported on the Smolny website, “the parties undertake to promote the strengthening and development of cultural relations, hold days of national culture, exhibitions of fine arts and other events. Cook foil caps
The response of the deputy commander of the Airborne Forces "Soldiers' mothers" smells of footcloths and the Soviet past. At the end of August, many media reported that the military personnel of the Russian army, under the guise of militias, would be sent to Donbass. From now on and for life
The veteran of the Great Patriotic War began to receive a pension after publication in Novaya Gazeta. Novaya told about this wild story in August. 92-year-old Vasily Litvinenko, a front-line soldier, retired lieutenant colonel, who served for many years in the Northern Fleet beyond the Arctic Circle, was suddenly denied a pension by the state a few months ago. For the sole reason that in 2013 the veteran moved to live from Ukraine to St. Petersburg, to live with his children.

Save the ordinary Serov
There are tectonic shifts in the Legislative Assembly: the head of the commission on social policy, Lyudmila Kostkina, is leaving for the Federation Council. And the head of the Nevsky district, Konstantin Serov, is expected to replace the representative of the governor Mikhail Brodsky. Such a reshuffle could significantly weaken the position of Legislative Assembly Speaker Vyacheslav Makarov.

You don’t even have to dig!
It turns out that under the Moscow Avenue there is a tunnel that can be used to improve the transport situation. Petersburg, of course, is not Rome and not Paris, under which, as they say, everything is exposed by catacombs. But in our city there are underground structures that units know about. For example, near Moskovsky Prospekt, at the Elektro metro station, there is a tunnel of a four -meter width, according to which it is quite possible to allow vehicles.
