Until the middle of the day on December 5, the voting results were not entered into the unified system of the GAS "Vybory". According to the local electoral committee, all the computers failed during the night. According to representatives of the parties, in Kostroma "ER" failed the elections, gaining only 25.5%. The victory was won by the communists with a score of 30.14%.

Dozhd TV correspondent Ilya Vasyunin, Reuters correspondent Daria Korsunskaya, several press photographers from various publications.

About 300 people slipped through the ranks of police officers and moved along Myasnitskaya towards the Central Election Commission. The police are trying to disperse the crowd. Particularly active protesters are detained.

From the side of Pokrovka, four more buses with riot police are approaching the metro. The crowd of protesters divided into three parts: the first concentrated near the Lukoil building, the second - on Myasnitskaya, not far from the Et Cetera theater building, the third - on the boulevard near the metro entrance.

One bus with the detainees - about 30 people - has already left. Two other paddy wagons are standing with open doors. A police officer stands on the road side and calls additional buses on the radio. The police are still pushing the protesters back to the “patch” near the Chistye Prudy metro station.

According to the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, at 19.30, at least 100 people were detained for participating in an unauthorized street event near the Gostiny Dvor metro station. According to eyewitnesses, more than ten buses with people went to the police departments. Nevertheless, the spontaneous action against electoral fraud ( which was already reported by Novaya ), which began in the city center at about 18.30, is still ongoing.

The crowd chanted "Shame!" and "This is our city." The police are asking everyone to disperse. Closed for movement and passage towards the Garden Ring. So far, there are no clashes, but the situation is heating up.

Ilya Yashin suggested that those gathered on Chistoprudny Boulevard end the rally with a "march of dissent" towards the Central Election Commission. It seems that this proposal caused, in turn, the disagreement of the police officers.

On Chistoprudny Boulevard in the center of Moscow, a rally of the opposition movement "Solidarity" is taking place. It is difficult to determine the number of those present at the rally due to the fact that everyone stretched out into a long crowd along the boulevard, the end of it is not even visible. Obviously, more than 10 thousand people gathered at Chistye Prudy.

The rally on Chistoprudny Boulevard of the capital is gaining momentum - people are coming and coming, despite all the efforts of the police. Dmitry Bykov took the podium. “Moscow has never seen so many people gathered to express their disagreement,” said a well-known writer and journalist. “But there is no need to demand recognition of these elections as illegal, in March we will have another opportunity.”

The speech of a well-known blogger at an opposition rally on Chistoprudny Boulevard, as already reported, was met with great enthusiasm by the audience. He thanked the people, saying the words made in the headline, and added that the elections were not legitimate and a second vote should be held. Evgenia Chirikova and Viktor Shenderovich followed him to the podium. A well-known journalist told the audience that the United Russia rally was taking place in parallel.

According to estimates "by eye", about 10,000 people gathered on the boulevard, in the center of the capital. The place of the rally is cordoned off by the police, who behave very correctly, but people arriving at the rally are cut off in the direction of the metro. Those gathered are chanting: “Russia without Putin”, “A thief should be in prison”, “15 million votes have been stolen from us”.
